RELEASE OF LIABILTY AND INDEMNIFICATION

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Car Show, I hereby release and indemnify the St. George Kiwanis Foundation, St George Kiwanis Club, Red Rock Rotary, City of Santa Clara, promoters, sponsors, and advertisers and each of them, their officers, members, directors, agents and employees from any and all loss, claim, damage, injury or harm suffered by me or my property, as well as anyone under my direction or control, whether caused by the negligence of those released or otherwise. Entrant agrees to allow picture of themselves and/or vehicle to be used in publicity and advertising of this event. I agree to all rules and conditions governing the Red Rocks Car Show.

Vehicles must be in place by 10am. Any vehicles that are not in place by 10am will forfet their chance to be judged.
